About Parva
Parva Sheta is an AI Engineer at SuperMIA, working on the agents themselves — the conversation design, the tool-calling logic, and the integrations that let an agent do something rather than just say something.
His day-to-day sits at the build layer of the platform. That means designing conversation flows that hold up when a caller goes off-script, wiring agents into scheduling systems and CRMs so a booking actually lands in the right calendar, and building the automation that runs behind each deployment: follow-up sequences, escalation rules, data sync and post-call processing.
He works across the industry templates SuperMIA ships — healthcare, hospitality, real estate, education and retail — which means adapting the same underlying agent architecture to very different vocabularies, compliance constraints and success criteria. A dental appointment call and a property enquiry call look similar on a flow diagram and behave nothing alike in production.
Much of his work is diagnostic: identifying why an agent handed off when it should have resolved, why an integration dropped a field, or why a prompt that tested well degraded at volume. He writes on SuperMIA at that level of detail — practical, build-focused explanations of how agent workflows are constructed, where they commonly fail, and what to change when they do.
