About Harikrishna
Harikrishna Patel is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SuperMIA. He began his career as a developer in 2006 and has spent the two decades since building engineering, AI and data teams that ship production software across four continents.
At SuperMIA he sets the strategic direction for MIA — My Intelligent Assistant — with responsibility for business operations, sales and marketing. He developed the product roadmap for the conversational AI platform and continues to shape how it evolves, balancing what enterprise buyers ask for against what the engineering team can deliver reliably at scale.
His focus is the gap most organisations hit when they adopt AI: the distance between an executive strategy deck and a system that actually runs in production inside a regulated industry. He works on closing that gap through partnership models — white-label, co-delivery and joint go-to-market arrangements that let consulting firms, vertical agencies and SaaS companies offer AI capability without building the team from scratch.
He also fosters the culture side of the business, which he treats as an operating decision rather than a soft one: the teams that ship reliable AI are the ones that treat every production failure as a design input.
