Urvil Dhanani is Chief Technology Officer at SuperMIA, where he leads the architecture behind MIA — the no-code conversational AI platform that lets businesses deploy voice agents, chat agents and custom private agents without writing code.
He owns the parts of AI engineering that rarely make it into a demo: the orchestration layer, the retrieval design, the tool integrations, the security model and the production reliability work that decides whether a system holds up under real call volume. He designs multi-agent systems where a base task branches into specialised agents, each with its own state, tools, guardrails and workflow logic, and architects real-time voice systems using WebRTC and modern speech models to support natural, multilingual conversation.
Integration is a core part of that work. He connects agents into the systems businesses already run — CRMs, scheduling platforms, telephony, dental and hospitality software, and internal APIs — so an agent can complete a task end to end rather than just answer a question about it.
Security and privacy are designed in from the first commit rather than added later: encryption, PII redaction, audit logging, role-based access and human-in-the-loop safety controls. He has built AI systems across dental front offices, hotel revenue operations, multi-channel campaign generation, CRM summarisation, insurance claim automation and personalised learning.
What drives his writing is the distance between an AI demo and an AI system that survives contact with the real world. He publishes on SuperMIA about architecture decisions, voice pipeline design, multi-agent patterns, and the compliance and reliability engineering that production deployments require.
